Who may use ZEBS
ZEBS is for ZINARA employees and authorised contractors. Your account is personal. Do not share your password, one-time codes or passkey.
Acceptable use
Use ZEBS for ZINARA business only. Do not try to reach data you are not authorised to see, bypass controls, upload malware or harmful files, or use another person's account.
Approvals and signatures
An approval or electronic signature you give in ZEBS is your own act and may be relied on as a signed record. Review before you sign.
Your content
Records you enter remain ZINARA's records. Keep them accurate and lawful.
Monitoring and audit
ZINARA logs activity in ZEBS for security, audit and legal compliance, as described in the privacy policy.
AI assistance
Terra and other AI features give suggestions that may be wrong. A person remains responsible for decisions made using them. Do not enter data you are not allowed to share.
Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee it is uninterrupted. Planned maintenance is announced where possible.
Suspension
ZINARA may suspend access to protect its systems or data, or when employment or an engagement ends.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
